2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to this website (talent-factory.xyz) and, in principle, to all applications of Talent Factory GmbH. Supplementary, application-specific notices apply to individual applications:
3. Data Processing When Visiting the Website
This website is hosted in a decentralised manner via the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) and delivered through a reverse proxy operated by Cloudflare.
Server and Delivery Data
When the website is accessed, Cloudflare processes, as part of delivery, technically necessary data that your browser transmits automatically:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- the address accessed (URL)
- transmitted browser and device information (user agent)
This data is processed solely in order to deliver the website correctly and securely (including protection against attacks and misuse). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, uninterrupted operation pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies
This website does not set any tracking, marketing or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary mechanisms required for operation are used.
No Analytics or Tracking Tools
We use no web analytics services, no tracking, no advertising pixels and no profiling.
4. Contacting Us via the Contact Form
When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide — name, email address, subject and message — in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. Transmission is encrypted via our infrastructure (Cloudflare).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling an enquiry prior to a possible contractual relationship) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). We store this data only for as long as is necessary to handle your request and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Recipients and Processors
To provide the website, we use carefully selected service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — delivery of the website and processing of contact form submissions (reverse proxy / CDN)
- Filebase, Inc. — storage of the website content on the IPFS network
The data protection agreements on commissioned processing required by law are in place with these providers. Any transfer to third countries (including the USA) is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Your Rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access to the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise your rights, an informal message to datenschutz@talent-factory.ch is sufficient.
7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:
- In Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)
- In the EU: the data protection supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence
8. Storage Period
We process personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as prescribed by statutory retention periods. After that, the data is deleted.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We adapt this Privacy Policy when data processing or the legal framework changes. The version published here applies in each case.
